We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase.  If you need to return any item please do so within 14 days, ensuring that the item returned is in perfect condition and unused as well as in all its original packaging for a refund or exchange.

When returning goods, please obtain a proof of posting.  We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in postage and for peace of mind you may like to send the goods via a recorded delivery service.  We regret that we cannot refund this charge should you use a recorded delivery service.  No refund will be offered on any return postage charges incurred if you have changed your mind about your purchase.
